Steps

Take and prepare all the ingredients to making "Peanut Burfi With Jaggery"...

Place the pan on gas stove and Add 150gram peanuts and roast peanuts without oil for few minutes and remove that peanuts skins.....

Add 150Gram Roasted Peanuts in a mixing jar to coarsely grind it and but not too fine....
Chop the 7Cashew nuts into small pieces and crush the 6cardamom into powder and crush the 2&1/2piece jaggery into powder.

Place the pan on gas stove and Add 150gram crushed jaggery in aluminium pan and Add 1/4th bowl water.Add a little more water if needed.boil it for few minutes.
Boil till one string consistency.... - 5
Then add 150gram Peanut powder and add 1-2Teaspoon ghee and add crushed 6cardamom for flavour..

Mix it well for few minutes until come perfect consistency...
Take a plate and apply grease little quantity ghee in plate and peanuts burfi mixture transfer it to ghee grease plate and spread evenly and put crushed cashew nuts on top garnishing......
After 10minutes let it cool in room temperature and After cut into pieces...
