Rich creamy chicken gravy that goes well with ghee rice,phulkas & roti.
Steps

Marinate the chicken with ½ cup yogurt,salt,pepper,ginger garlic paste.

Fry the onions along with whole garam masala items in oil until brown.
Blanch the almonds & remove the skin. - 3
Make a paste of the brown onion,green chillies,kasurimethi, peppercorns, almonds,½ cup yogurt.

Take a pan, add ghee, fry the marinated chicken.
Then add the ground paste & cook. - 5
Add milk while cooking.Adjust salt.

Garnish with cream & kasurimethi.
