In a pan heat oil

Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli

Add red chilli powder,add turmeric

Add coriander powder,add dry mango powder

Add boil potatoes mashed

Add Maggi Masala

Add salt as per required

Then saute well and fry the stuffing

Then in a bowl add maida,salt asper required,oil and water to form a dough and rest for 30 mins

After 30 mins,take dough,round roti roll and stuff the potatoes mixture for filling and then pack edges with water slurry

Then heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry them in vetches for a minute on both sides till crispy and brown

Put them on a kitchen tissue for absorbing oil

Serve Samosa with Tomato ketchup...
