Ingredients

30 minutes
1 person
  1. 1french baguette, halved
  2. 120 glean mince
  3. 200 gpassata
  4. 1 tbspdried basil
  5. 1 tbspdried oregano
  6. 1 tspminced garlic
  7. 30 gcheese
  8. Fresh basil to garnish
  9. 2 tbspbutter, melted
  10. 1garlic clove
  11. 2 tspdried parsley

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt your butter and add garlic clove and parsley, slice your french baguette and butter

  2. 2

    Shape your meatballs with oregano, basil and minced garlic and fry for a few minutes on a high heat

  3. 3

    Add passata and simmer for 25 minutes

  4. 4

    Cook baguette for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 c

  5. 5

    Add meatballs, cheese and cook until cheese melts

  6. 6

    Add parsley for garnish
