Boil milk in heavy bottom pan

Add alum and sugar.

Continue to cook. Stirring continuously, till milk get grainy and thicken.

Add ghee.mix well and continue to Cook till the mixture began to leave the sides.

Transfer the mixture to square shape greased dish.

Cover and keep aside for 6-7 hrs.

Turn the milkcake out onto a serving dish.

Cut in pieces and serve.
