Ingredients

  1. 1small grated carrot
  2. I cup of hot water with salt
  3. Enough cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl..add your flour and carrots and then the oil...

  2. 2

    Mix well..
    Add...then add your hot water..

  3. 3

    Mix as you knead

  4. 4

    Until you achieve a nice soft dough...

  5. 5

    Then roll the dough out...
    Spread oil on top of the dough.

  6. 6

    Then make slices across..

  7. 7

    Fold each sliced cut..
    Then fry one by one

  8. 8

    Till golden brown
