Fried rice
I hate plain rice so I decided to fry it for supper
Steps

Soak the rice for at least 30 minutes then drain the water and let it dry for ten minutes.

Put oil in the sufuria then add onions and let them turn translucent
Add grounded garlic and ginger then let them cook.
Add the grated tomatoes and finely chopped hoho followed by salt and spices.
Let them cook for 3 minutes. - 3
Put the rice and carefully mix with.cover and let it cool for two minutes.add water then lower heat and let you rice cook while covered.

Add dhania before the rice dries.
Serve with the stew of choice.
