  2. 1/2 CupSugar
  3. 1/3 CupCorn flour
  4. 3 tspRose water
  5. 1 tspVanilla essence
  6. 1/4 CupRaisins
  7. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 3 cups milk with sugar.

    Dilute corn flour in remaining milk.

    When milk boils,add in diluted corn flour.

    Stir continuously till it slightly thickens.

    Remove it from stove.

    Mix in rose water and essence.

    Throw in raisins.

    Sprinkle cardamom.
