Ingredients

Total 30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4boneless med thick pork chops
  2. 1 cartonFresh mushrooms
  3. 1Jalapeño
  4. 1punch red pepper flakes
  5. 1/3 cupAmino acids or soy sauce
  6. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  7. 2 tbspwater
  8. 1 tbspred pepper chili sauce
  9. Seasoning for pork chop, and salt and pepper
  10. 1/2 tbsp butter
  11. Lemon juice one lemon
  12. 1 bottleGuinness Beer

Cooking Instructions

Total 30 minutes

    Marinade-
    Mix brown sugar, amino acids, jalapeño, punch of sea salt, pepper, water, chili sauce in a bowl. Should be liquid add more water if needed. Add lemon juice.

    Add pork chops after they are seasoned to marinade. Let sit for minimum of 3 hours in fridge.

    Prepare hot skillet.. w butter.
    Turn this on 6/7 and put on pork chop w 3 tbsp of marinade. Sear pork chop 4- 6 minutes each side.

    Add marinade.. add mushrooms. Flip and sear second side. Add 1/4 bottle of Guinness. After searing.. turn down to 4/5 and add remaining marinade and mushrooms, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and add 1/4 more Guinness.
    After it starts up bubble at 10 minutes add 1 tbsp of flour stir well.keep heat low at 3.

    Pour pan sauce over pork chop!! Enjoy !
