Sweet and Spicy mushroom sauce over a pork chop!! You have to try this!!
Cooking Instructions

Marinade-
Mix brown sugar, amino acids, jalapeño, punch of sea salt, pepper, water, chili sauce in a bowl. Should be liquid add more water if needed. Add lemon juice. - 2
Add pork chops after they are seasoned to marinade. Let sit for minimum of 3 hours in fridge.

Prepare hot skillet.. w butter.
Turn this on 6/7 and put on pork chop w 3 tbsp of marinade. Sear pork chop 4- 6 minutes each side. - 4
Add marinade.. add mushrooms. Flip and sear second side. Add 1/4 bottle of Guinness. After searing.. turn down to 4/5 and add remaining marinade and mushrooms, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and add 1/4 more Guinness.
After it starts up bubble at 10 minutes add 1 tbsp of flour stir well.keep heat low at 3. - 5
Pour pan sauce over pork chop!! Enjoy !

I have traveled to China many times for work. I absolutely LOVE the food. In this recipe, I play off of some of the ingredients and flavors I have encountered on my travels to make a great Asian-inspired bone-in pork chop. The Chinese 5 spice gives that authentic oriental flavor and aroma of anise, cinnamon, fennel and cloves. The sauce is a sweet and sour flavor with sweetness of onions and garlic, saltiness of soy sauce, and sour pop of rice vinegar. The chops should be tender and moist. If you like spice, add a bit of red pepper flakes. RJ Penn
