This is a dish I made by combining my favorite ingredients and flavors. Everyone in my family absolutely loved this salad.

I feel that the saltiness of the anchovies is enough, but if you find it necessary, you can add some more. Recipe by KT121

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2of a large head Cauliflower
  2. 3Anchovy fillets
  3. 1 largeCapers
  4. 1optional, to garnish Finely chopped parsley
  5. 2 tbsp●Olive oil
  6. 1 tbsp●Wine vinegar
  7. 2 tsp●Lemon juice
  8. 2 small●Minced onion
  9. 1 pinch●Pepper (+ salt if necessary)

Cooking Instructions

    Break the cauliflower into small pieces and boil (they taste better when only boiled so that they still retain its texture).

    Drain the water thoroughly once boiled.

    Combine the ● ingredients into a bowl. Add the finely chopped anchovies, and lightly rinsed capers.

  4. 4

    Add the cauliflower and coat everything with the dressing. Optionally garnish with parsley and enjoy.
