Ingredients

  • Medium head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 clovesgarlic slice
  • 2 canstuna in water
  • 1/2 cupparsley dry
  • 1 tablespoonchives
  • 1 tablespoondill
  • to tasteSalt pepper
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoonranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoonapple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  • Dashred hot pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cauliflower bite size grizzly with olive oil with garlic and cook in oven at 375 for 1/2 hour

  2. 2

    Let cauliflower cool in this time make the dressing

  3. 3

    Open the tuna cans and squeeze in big bowl mix the tuna with cauliflower and add the dressing on top and what ever I mentioned on top enjoy
