Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower,trimmed and cut into florest
  2. 1green bell peppers
  3. 1/2 cupthiny sliced red onion
  4. 1/2 cupchopped green olive
  5. 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
  6. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  7. 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
  8. 1 tbspwhite wine vinegar
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1/8 tspsalt
  11. 1 handfulParsley and basil leave

Cooking Instructions

    Set a steamer basket in the large saucepan,fill pan with the water and bring to boil and add the cauliflower forest steam 4 min

  2. 2

    Drain n transfer a cauliflower into a big bowl,add green pepper, onion, chopped olive, crushed red pepper, toss gently to combine

    Combine oil,lemon juice, vinegar,black pepper and salt stirring with a whisk.,

    Cover n let stand for 30 min or 1 hr

  5. 5

    Pour dressing over vegetables,toss gently and sprinkle with a cheese and parsley leaves, basil leaves,toss gently to combine

  6. 6

    To serve chilled refrigerate up to 4 hour
