Ingredients

  1. 5 tablespoonDalia
  2. 1-2green chillies finely chopped
  3. 1medium size onion chopped
  4. 2 inchginger finely chopped
  5. 1/2 bowl green peas
  6. 1medium capsicum finely chopped
  7. 1medium size tomato finely chopped
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as per tastered chilli powder
  10. Pinchturmeric powder
  11. as neededWater
  12. 1-2 tspRefined Oil
  13. 1 tspcumin seeds
  14. as neededChopped Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker take oil heat for 2-3 minutes now add cumin seeds

  2. 2

    When cumin seeds splutter then add chopped onions saute till onions turns golden brown

  3. 3

    Now add chopped ginger and chopped green chilli saute till it turns brown

  4. 4

    Now add chopped tomato. Saute for 2-3 minutes then add salt and red chilli powder and pinch of turmeric powder now add green peas, chopped capsicum

  5. 5

    Wash Dalia with water and rinse Dalia and add to the veggies.

  6. 6

    Now add. 2 cup water in cooker. Stir and pressure cook on medium flame for 3-4 whistles or till the dalia is cooked well.

  7. 7

    Garnish Dalia with Coriander leaves serve hot Dalia with curd or according to your taste
