Singapore Frog Porridge for Kids

Singapore Frog Porridge for Kids
Steps
- 1
Clean the frog thoroughly, rub with salt, remove the blood veins, and let it drain. Marinate the frog with 3 tablespoons soy sauce (for kids), 1/2 portion kid-friendly seasoning, 1 teaspoon fish sauce (for kids), 2 teaspoons sugar, and 2 teaspoons oyster sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- 2
Place a pot on the stove. Add oil and sauté chopped shallots and julienned ginger until fragrant. Add the marinated frog and stir-fry until it firms up, then pour in the marinade. Simmer over low heat.
- 3
For the sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for kids), 1 teaspoon fish sauce (for kids), 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Stir well. When the frog is almost cooked and the liquid is nearly gone, add the sauce and simmer for about 4 minutes until it thickens. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add a little ginger and green onions, then turn off the heat.
Good luck!
