3 tbspSoy sauce
1 1/2 tbspSugar
1/2 tbspVinegar
1/2 tbspSesame oil
1 cloveGrated garlic
1 tspGochujang
5 cmJapanese leek (the white part)
1/2 tspto 1 tsp White sesame seeds

Finely chop the Japanese leek, grate the garlic, and mix all the ingredients together.
