  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. Ingredients for yakni
  3. 1 tbsp whole garam masala
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 onion
  6. Few cloves of ginger garlic
  7. 1 tsp zeera n Coriander
  8. Ingredients for pulao
  9. 750 gms rice
  10. 1 cup brown onions
  11. 1 tbsp salt n chilli powder
  12. 2 tbsp pulao biryani masala
  13. 1 cup oil
  14. 1 tsp whole garam masala
  15. A pinch of yellow colour

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the pan add water than add all the ingredients of yakni cook it until chicken tender.

    Now separate the chicken from takni strain it.

    Now soak the rice than fry the onions n add whole garam masala with spices.

    Now add chicken n stir it on high flame then add water according to the rice simmer it.

    Next add rice stirring the spoon n cook the rice until it becomes ready thanadd yellow colour n low the flame n dum the biryani.

    A yummy Punjabi chicken polao is ready to serve enjoy it.
