Using mixer or whisk mix sugar & butter until light & fluffy then add the eggs 1 at a time while mixing.

In a separate bowl sift flour & baking powder. Mix them well then add into the butter mixture & mix well.

In a toaster add some butter scoop some cake mixture & add close for some minutes when it start to turn brown flip & close again until golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all finished then serve with tea or drink I serve mine with honey… enjoy😋😋😋happy eating bonne appetite.
