Ingredients

  1. 1Flour
  2. Handful Capsicum
  3. Green pepper per taste
  4. Chilli per taste
  5. Salt per taste
  6. 3Eggs
  7. 1 tspOil
  8. 1 tspButter
  9. pinchBaking powder
  10. Water half cup
  11. 1handful Coriander leave
  12. 1/2Coriander powder
  13. 1 tspGarlic ginger paste

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    In a bowl seive flour and baking powder

  2. 2

    Add salt and Small amount of oil

  3. 3

    Add water and make a dough

  4. 4

    Cover it to rest for 3min

  5. 5

    Open the dough,put it in a chopping board and roll it

  6. 6

    Roll it in circle form or roti

  7. 7

    Put the roti in a tawa
    Flip to other side and toast

  8. 8

    When it's done, off the gas and keep it aside

  9. 9

    Crack the eggs put salt,herbs,and all the veggies listed above

  10. 10

    Melt butter in a pan

  11. 11

    Bring the paratha, cut the middle of it and put the egg mixture inside

  12. 12

    Fry it, flip the other side and fry

  13. 13

    And serve.
    ENJOY WITH KETCHUP
    Serving idea: you can take it with tea as breakfast or
    For children at school.
