  • 2 CupWheat flour
  • 2 SpoonSuji (semolina)
  • 1/4 CupJagri
  • 2 tspMilk
  • 1/4 CupGhee
  • As neededOil For frying
  • 1 tspElaichi (Cardamon powder)
  • 1/2 Cupwarm water
  • as requiredPoppy seeds (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl whole wheat flour, Semolina, 2 tsp oil add warm water as required make tight dough shape it and fry in oil till golden brown and break in pieces

    Add in mixture jar and make it fine paste

    Hot ghee and jagri in a pan and add in to mixture, add cardamon powder and your ladoo mixture is ready
    Make ladoo and apply simolina or poppy seeds
    You can make it Modak shape also
