  • Turmeric powder and curry

  • Meat stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring your pot add your meat stock water but it should be small because we have already perboiled our rice then add turmeric and curry powder cover and allow to boil then add your perboiled rice and cover to cook for some minutes

    Now bring your pan add your vegetable oil add your ginger and garlic paste allow to saute for some minutes then add your scotch bonnet onions and continue stiring now add all your veggies carrots red and green pepper that you have all slice to your desirable shapeadd curry and small turmeric since we have it in our ricethen add all your desired spices and seasoning cover

    Let to soute for like 5 minutes then open now add your fried chicken cubes stir and cocer again then lastly add your rice and stir well for everything to combine with the rice cover and leave to steam for some minutes then open and add your curry leaves ontop close and give it 2 minutes the scents of that leaves is super exicting

  4. 4

    Note: the cloves should be added when stwaming your rice you can add like 5 pieces then cover and live it for some minutes it gices an aromatic scent
