Pita bread with falafel hummus sandwich

Take flour in a bowl add salt, sugar, yeast soaked in water, oil mix it and knead it soft for 5min and apply some oil cover keep for 1hour to 2hour.

After one and half hours take dough knead again and make medium size balls, roll it to thin.

Heat pan then on medium heat place the pita let it puff up turn another side cook for few minutes, similarly make all bread.

For falafel in mixi jar add garlic, salt, soaked chole chana, green chilies, jeera, peppercorns, coriander leaves and grind it to paste add little water if needed, keep this mixture for 15min in the fridge, then make balls and deep fry till nice golden color.

For hummus add all hummus ingredients to mixi jar and blend to a fine smooth paste.

For salad add all sliced veggies add lemon juice, salt mix well while serving cut pita bread spread hummus add falafel with salad and it's ready to enjoy.
