This simple , easy and nutrients rich dry curry is made with mixed vegetables. This is delicious, can be used in noodles, to make veg pizza or you can use as stuffings pocket pizza and Upma.

This simple , easy and nutrients rich dry curry is made with mixed vegetables. This is delicious, can be used in noodles, to make veg pizza or you can use as stuffings pocket pizza and Upma.
Steps

Heat oil in a deep pan. Saute garlic and carrots.

Add onion wedges, green chillies and saute till soften.
- 3
Mix to the deep pan bell peppers and mushrooms. Then add tomato chunks, salt.

Now mix corns and green peas. Saute till tomatoes are soft. Switch off the flame and add crushed pepper and roasted cumin powder.

Mix well with light hand and keep the dry curry crunch but cooked. Serve hot with garam garam Phulkas.
