Prepare this for esteemed guests, friends, family in the household. Best served as lunch or supper/dinner.

Chopped the onions together with the bell pepper in one area, and the tomatoes in a different area/bowl.

Heat your frying pan with cooking oil in it and add the onions and bell pepper at once.

Cook till golden brown then add your chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.

Let the tomatoes cook to fineness then add your 5 deep fried tilapia.

Cover the pan for 1-3 minutes just to let the flavors mix in.

Open, add the 200ml water, a little bit of more salt and the chopped dhania, cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. Do not mix at any point.

Serve with ugali and some vegetables..Enjoy!!
