Grilled Chicken for Sandwiches/Shawarma/ Salads

This is what I make and store in my freezer to use it quickly during my busy workdays. The marination is very easy and my favourite one.
Use it in your sandwiches, salads, shawarmas or even on pastas.
This was a smaller batch of just 4-5 fillets that were laying in my freezer for more than 2 weeks. I couldn’t get time to put my hands on them.
I always grill it on my grill pan, this time I made it in a non-stick wok so it’s easy for everyone to follow the recipe.
Tip: always grill the chicken on medium high flame otherwise the chicken and yogurt leaves water. Plus you won’t get the crispy brown surface.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and marinate. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.

In a grill pan or a non-stick wok add some oil and pick the fillets and drop in one by one ☝🏻

Cook on both side for 3-4 mins each, on medium high flame. When colour turns brown, remove them on a plate.

Now you can use as you like or store to use later.
