Peel the garlic and mince. Cut the chives in 5 cm. Chop the onion vertically into thin wedges.

In a bowl, combine the ☆ ingredients and rub them into the meat. When the meat is soft, add vegetables and work into the mixture.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the mixture from step 2. It's finished when the beef and vegetables are cooked through.
