Crust

In the mixing bowl add flour, sugar and salt, whisk to combine.

Add cold butter and mix with hand until it crumbly and then add vinegar and cold water little by little until you get crumbly dough but still holding together.

Move the dough to the the surface and do the first Laminating (step by step in the video) and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Filling

For the filling, sliced the apple, put it in the mixing bowl.

Add Spice, sugar and salt to the apple, combine and set aside.

Take out the dough from the fridge, let it sit for 5 minutes before you do the second lamination.

Assembly

Roll out the dough about 2mm thick and assemble the apple.

Fold the dough and then brush the crust with egg and sprinkle some sugar on it.

Add some cube of butter and bake at 170c for 25-30 minutes.
