  • 1and half cup water
  • Halfcup sugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Halfcup ghee ya oil
  • Elaichi powder
  • Pinchfood color
  • Nuts as choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan mein ghee garam krin
    Add elaichi powder
    Add sooji and fry for few minutes

  2. 2

    Dosry pan mein sugar or pani add kar k sheera bana lan, yellow colour b add kar dan

  3. 3

    Ab sheery ko soji waly pan mein dal dan, cook krin.
    Ghee nikal aye tu flame band k dan

  4. 4

    Garnishing kar k serve krin
