Ingredients

15-20 min
5-6 people
  1. 6raw bananas
  2. 1 tsp.Ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp.Garlic paste
  4. 1small chopped onion
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 1chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  9. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  10. leavesas required Coriander
  11. 1 tspKasoori methi
  12. 2 tsp.Cornflour
  13. 1 tspMaida
  14. 2 tspRice flour
  15. as required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the bananas

  2. 2

    Let them cool.

  3. 3

    Mash them and put all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix it well and give the shape of bullets

  5. 5

    Fry them.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.

  7. 7

    (You can alter the masalas as per your taste)
