Mabo tofu

Mabo tofu, to my knowledge, is originate from Sichuan province, China. The recipe consist of soft tofu, and unique fragrance and spiciness of Sichuan peppercorn.
In this recipe, I couldn’t collect some special ingredients but I was lucky enough to find “Mabo tofu sauce” by Yamamori in a supermarket near my place. It’s tasty and smells so good. Worth a try!
