Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoonbutter, melted
  • 6-8scallops, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/2 teaspoondried parsley
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400. Place scallops in dish and pour melted butter over them.

  2. 2

    Combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley and garlic cloves. Mix together and pour over scallops.

  3. 3

    Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
