  • 250 gmSugar
  • 1 glassWater
  • 3/4 tspCardamon powder
  • 50 gmKhoya
  • as required Cheena (1/2 ltr milk)
  • 1/2 cupFlour
  • 4 tbspRava
  • 3/4 tspBaking soda
  • 3/4 tspCurd
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  • as required Oil fr frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a vessel add sugar, water & cardamon powder & cook till sugar dissolve.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients & prepare a dough. Make balls & deep fry them till brown in low flame. Add balls in sugar syrup & serve
