Oats meals are very healthy and satisfying so ,yeah this homemade premix with all available pantry staples is my recipe for the day .it helps cooking faster & delicious.
Perfect recipe for working woman or diet conscious folks …!
Note :- spices more or less according to one’s own tastebuds can be adjusted..!

Firstly we will add oil & sauté cashews in it until slightly golden then remove all set aside now in the same pan add oats and all Asian spices as mentioned above dry roast them for 2 minutes on medium flame burner & remove it on a plate let it cool down to room temperature before storing it otherwise the moisture may spoil it.

Simply whenever we want to cook take a pan add a teaspoon of ghee add ginger garlic paste then add the premix with a glass of water and cook for 3-5 minutes & add coriander leaves,lemon juice and enjoy the delicious bowl of oats..!
