Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 3-4 cupswhite Quaker Oats
  • 1/4 cuproughly chopped cashews
  • 2 tablespoonsghee/clarified butter
  • Asian spices:-
  • 1 tablespoonpink salt (regular salt can be used optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
    Homemade Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoonkasuri methi

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly we will add oil & sauté cashews in it until slightly golden then remove all set aside now in the same pan add oats and all Asian spices as mentioned above dry roast them for 2 minutes on medium flame burner & remove it on a plate let it cool down to room temperature before storing it otherwise the moisture may spoil it.

  2. 2

    Simply whenever we want to cook take a pan add a teaspoon of ghee add ginger garlic paste then add the premix with a glass of water and cook for 3-5 minutes & add coriander leaves,lemon juice and enjoy the delicious bowl of oats..!
