Easy in a Rice Cooker! Tomato Rice

I wasn't bothered to fry any of the ingredients, so I just put them all in the rice cooker.
You can add garlic if you like. This is really easy and healthy because you don't need to fry with oil. If you prefer it richer, add a drizzle of olive oil to finish. Recipe by Rola Love

Steps
- 1
Wash and drain the rice, then transfer to the rice cooker pot. Add the 400 ml of water and leave to soak. Thinly slice the onion.
- 2
Lightly crush the canned tomatoes (if they are chopped, use as-is). Add on top of the rice, along with the onion and salt. Cook in the rice cooker as normal.
- 3
When cooked, crush up and remaining lumps of tomato, mix well, and it's done.
