I tried it with the chicken breasts I had in my fridge, and it became an instant favorite. I turned it into a salad using a dressing made with umeboshi pickled plum.

Please adjust the amount of lemon juice depending on the sourness of the umeboshi pickled plums.

  1. 1/2cut Chicken breast
  2. 2bunches Mizuna greens
  3. 1/4Onion
  4. 1/2Tomato
  5. Umeboshi mayonnaise wasabi dressing
  6. 3 tbsp※Mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 tsp※Wasabi
  8. 1 tsp※Soy sauce
  9. 1 tsp※Honey
  10. 1 tsp※Lemon juice
  11. 1plus ※Umeboshi
  12. 1 tbspplus ※Ground sesame seeds

    Boil the chicken breast. I recommend "Moist Boiled Chicken".

    Cut the mizuna greens and tomato into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion (and soak in water).

    Finely chop the umeboshi pickled plum. Mix the ※ ingredients to prepare the dressing.

  4. 4

    Serve the well drained vegetables on a plate, place on the shredded chicken, and pour the umeboshi mayonnaise wasabi dressing on top, then you're done.
