Chicken Breast and Mizuna Green Salad with Umeboshi, Mayonnaise, and Wasabi

I saw "Moist Boiled Chicken"listed as one of the top recipes on COOKPAD, and it caught my eye.
I tried it with the chicken breasts I had in my fridge, and it became an instant favorite. I turned it into a salad using a dressing made with umeboshi pickled plum.
Please adjust the amount of lemon juice depending on the sourness of the umeboshi pickled plums.
I recommend "Moist Boiled Chicken". This boiled chicken is really moist and delicious! Recipe by Youkorin
