First of all,cut onion,potato and tomato.

Heat oil in a cooker.add jeera.Roast it and then add tomato pieces. Add all spices and stirr it.

When tomato become soft,add potato and onion.Stirr it. Then add water.let it boil on full flame.Then cover the lid of the cooker till 1 whistle.Aloo pyaaj instant sabji is ready.add 1/2 spoon dry methi.
