Heat up pan and add butter. Add garlic and fry till slightly burnt.

Add chopped mushrooms and cai xim and fry till it absorbs the butter. After which add sake, soy sauce and mirin.

Add cooked brown rice and fry continuously.

Add a dash of truffle oil and sprinkle sesame seeds for fragrance if preferred before serving
