Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  1. 1 cupcoarse Chick pea flour
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar or half crush sugar
  4. As RequiredCashew

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take heavy bottom pan. Heat the pan. When it heat properly add flour in it.

  2. 2

    Stir it continues till golden brown.Nice aroma comes from it.

  3. 3

    When flour roast properly. Switch off the flame. Let it cool down.

  4. 4

    When it comes to room temperature add powdered sugar in it. Here I used coarse sugar powder. Make balls from it. Garnish with cashew.

  5. 5

    Serve with your favourite Namkeen.
