Ingredients

  1. 2beet root
  2. 1 bundlespinach clean and washed
  3. 1Onion sliced
  4. slicesFresh coconut
  5. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  6. 1 tbspsesame oil
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. to tasteRock salt t
  9. 1 tspblack pepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Boil beetroot and cool it down to room temperature. Peel the skin and cut it into halves. Cut thin slices.

    Chop spinach finely.

  3. 3

    Cut slices of fresh coconut

  4. 4

    Peel the onion. Remove stem. Wash it thoroughly with water. Cut into half and make thin slices.

    Dry roast sesame seeds and keep aside.

    Take a large mixing bowl. Add chopped spinach, boiled beetroot, onion, coconut slices, lemon juice, sesame oil, rock salt, black pepper crushed and toss it well.

    Arrange the salad in a serving plate. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and serve.
