Preparing Boiled rice is a daily routine in North Indian families. It best goes with dal or curry of any kind.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and Soak rice in water for 10 minutes. Discard water.
- 2
Transfer rice in pressure cooker. Add water and salt and mix.
- 3
Place the lid and cook till 1 whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
- 4
Serve rice with Urad dal whole. 0
