Ingredients

  1. 50 gmslow fat paneer
  2. 1medium Capsicum
  3. 1medium Tomato
  4. HandfulGreen peas
  5. 1small Onion
  6. 1 tspcooking oil (olive)
  7. as requiredSeasoning
  8. as per tasteRock Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut all veggies into small peices.

  2. 2

    Take a fry pan and add cooking oil, once heated add onions and capsicum for a minute on low flame.

  3. 3

    Throw in veggies and stir fry another minute.

  4. 4

    Add paneer and seasoning and lemon juice stir fry another couple of minutes. You can have it for lunch or dinner. You will feel full after having it.
