Ingredients

  1. Tapioca pearls
  2. Lemongrass
  3. Mint leave
  4. Ginger
  5. Clove
  6. Condensed milk
  7. Dessicated coconut
  8. Evaporates slim milk
  9. Coconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Was your tapioca pearls and soak in waster for 2 to 3 hours, doing that will soften the pearls.

    In a pot pour in your water add the lemon grass, ginger, mint leave and clove cover and allow to boil for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Seive them and put the lemongrass water back and coconut milk cover and allow to boil, then add in the soaked tapioca pearls and keep string it.

  4. 4

    Add your condensed milk and dessicated coconut continue to stir until the pearls are cook and look translucent.

  5. 5

    And its done enjoy with drips of evaporated slim milk.
