  5. 2/3 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  7. as neededbutter
  8. 1 1/3 cupsheavy whipping cream
  9. 200 mltable cream
  10. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  11. 1 canevaporated milk
  12. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  13. 3 tablespoonspowdered sugar
  14. 250 gramsraspberries or strawberries

Cooking Instructions

4 hours
  1. 1

Sift the flour and baking powder.

  2. 2

Beat the eggs until almost stiff peaks form.

  3. 3

Add the sugar, oil, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract.

  4. 4

Add part of the flour and part of the milk, alternating until fully incorporated.

  5. 5

Grease the pan, and I put parchment paper on the base. Pour the batter and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.

  6. 6

Let cool, remove from the pan, and cut in half.

  7. 7

Mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and table cream with one tablespoon of vanilla extract. Chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

  8. 8

Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour half of the milk mixture over it. Beat the cold whipping cream with one tablespoon of vanilla extract and the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

  9. 9

Chop the fruit and mix it with part of the whipped cream, then fill the cake as shown in the image.

  10. 10

Place the other half of the cake on top and soak with the remaining milk mixture (you can do this in a deep dish to prevent spills).

  11. 11

Decorate with the remaining whipped cream and some raspberries. Serve.
