Steps

Take a pan add oil roast jeera hing & mustard seeds.when cracked add finely chopped ginger & green chilli.

Saute it for 2 min add both dal, after proper roast add peanut saute it for 2 min. Now add finely chopped veggies.

Stir it for 2 min add dry spices & puree. Cover it for some time add few drops of water. So that veggies cooked proper.

At last add roasted vermicilli & half lemon juice. Stir all ingredients very well. Now add 1.5 cup of water.

Cooked it on high flame. When water absorbed off the flame & add paneer pieces. Cover it again for few min.

Because doing this dish take its aroma from steam. Before serve add garam masala & kasuri methi.

Easy delicious & digestive snack is ready to serve.
