Keep water in a pan. and heat it. Pour the idli batter in a plate. And keep it in the pan. And let it be for 10-15 minutes.

Then cut it into round shape with a small lid.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds and green peas and all the vegetables, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all the spices except tamarind and green chutney. Then add idli, and mix well.

Add green and tamarind chutney on top. Chinese Masala Idli is ready.
