1 cupartichoke heart s diced

1 tspsea salt

Flatten chicken w mallet, pound flat and sprinkle w salt and pepper

Chopped artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, add 1tbsp lemon olive oil, cheese, and cream cheese and herbs. Mix..

Spoon filling into chicken roll, and push in stuffing, use a tooth pick to secure place in baking dish. Preheat oven at 375. Place in a ceramic covered baking dish. Use herbs on top and add more mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes
