Protein cake full of salad

Soak the dal overnight or at least for 4-5 hrs.

Wash it and drain the water. Grind the chilli,ginger and garlic.

Add salt, curry leaves and eno.

Mix it well. Grease the baking dish and pour the batter and bake it s you bake a cake (in microwave for 10-12min)

Apply tomato ketchup and decorate it with your favourite salad.
