Ingredients

2 servings
  • 160 grams◎Ground Chicken (Breast)
  • 1 tsp◎Grated ginger in a tube
  • 1/2Onion (minced)
  • 1/2Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 8leaves Shiso leaves
  • 2Fried Egg
  • 2rice bowls' worth Brown Rice
  • 1Sesame oil (for stir frying)
  • Sesame Onion Miso Sauce:
  • 1 tsp★Sake
  • 1 tbsp★Sugar
  • 1 tbsp★Mirin
  • 1 tbsp★Hatcho Miso
  • 1 tbsp☆Thin scallions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp☆White Sesame (dry roasted)

Steps

  1. 1

    (Sesame Onion Miso Sauce) In a small pot, add the ★ ingredients and boil. Then add the ☆ ingredients.

    Mince the onion and dice the peppers into 5 mm cubes.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground chicken and ginger. Saute on medium heat.

    Once the ground meat begins to change color, add the onion. When the onion changes color, add pepper and cook quickly.

    Add sesame, onion, miso sauce and continue cooking.

    Add shredded shiso leaves and work quickly. Turn off the heat.

    Dish up the brown rice and ingredients on a plate, top with a fried egg, and it's ready to eat.
