Pineapple Raita
Cooking Instructions

Strain water from curd.keep it aside.

Heat the pan, add pineapple cubes to it without using any oil.

Soon water/ juice will release from the pineapple. Add sugar as per taste to it.

Add dash of curd water to make syrup of sugar. Keep cooking on medium flame. Cover it until it becomes soft. Remember, flame should be low.

When sugar is completely melted press and check the pineapple cubes. If it is softly cooked turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

In a bowl,whisk curd properly for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh cream to it. Whisk it for 2 minutes.

Add powdered sugar,black salt and cooked pineapple cubes. Mix it well.

To enhance the taste, sprinkle cumin powder. Keep it in the fridge. Chilled pineapple Raita is ready to eat.
